Why Silton? We do not profit from repairs made on our client’s buildings; We believe it is a conflict of interest for a management company to profit from such repairs. This is not our policy, now or in the future. You pay the actual cost of the repair — labor and materials. You would know UP FRONT those charges on a per hour basis. Whatever vendors you currently use and would like to keep would be acceptable. We are paid to manage vendors, yours or ours, effectively and to protect our clients from unnecessary and often excessive costs.
