Jim Silton
James Silton has been in real estate for 27 years, and brings a vast knowledge in all facets – management, leasing, and development. Jim grew up on the Westside, is a graduate of UCLA, and knows practically every nook and cranny in almost every parcel of real estate. It is Jim’s goal to own and operate a “boutique” real estate company which offers an array of services to meet virtually every need of an owner. Enrique Brown is a licensed realtor with 9 years of experience specializing in property management, leasing and portfolio management. Enrique's experience includes Real estate sales, conventional property Management, tax credit management, & Rent Control management.
