Jim Silton
James Silton has been in real estate for 27 years, and brings a
vast knowledge in all facets – management, leasing, and development. Jim grew up
on the Westside, and knows every nook and cranny in almost every parcel of real
estate. It is Jim’s goal to own and operate a “boutique” real estate company
which offers an array of services to meet virtually every need of an owner. Not
only “services” which are an integral part of Silton Properties, but “service”
to all clients – renters and owners alike – which must be held to the highest

Ari Gati manages Silton Properties’ Real Estate
Brokerage and Internet Marketing Division. Ari is an L.A. native and Westside
real estate expert. Ari combines his extensive real estate background with over
fifteen years of experience in the Information Technology and Internet field;
most notably as an IT director for Move Inc. - Realtor.com, the leader in online
real estate. This combination not only makes Ari an effective broker, it is a
recipe for success for Silton Properties’ brokerage, leasing and management
clients. Ari is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Realtor, and a CCIM

Sharla Lieberman
Sharla Lieberman is Silton Properties’ Senior Leasing
Manager. With over 15 years of experience as a licensed Realtor, Sharla has
managed and leased both commercial and residential properties. Having lived in
different areas of the Westside for over 30 years, she is highly knowledgeable
of her territory. When it comes to leasing apartments, condominiums and houses,
Sharla is extremely responsive, understanding and professional. Her ability to
develop a close rapport with her clients, both owners and renters, has
contributed to her success in today’s challenging leasing market. Her caring and
dedication to her clients is the underpinning of Sharla’s success, even when
